    Fabulous photos in these posts -- but I have to say I'm a bid sad that almost all of the quilts feature such over-the-top intense quilting. So far beyond what most mere mortals can accomplish - not sure if it is inspiring or discouraging. (IMHO)

    Totally not tired of seeing these images.
    I have to agree with Quiltdivajulie ^ I don't know how to react to the displays of uber quilting. While awe inspiring, it kind of makes me sad too.
    I tend to see quilts as more whimsical and wonderful, the wrinkly/irony being more my style. The abstract art quilts I create are more a focus on fabric than quilting.

    These quilts are incredible. It's hard to believe the talent that some stitchers have. All that I can say is that I would not want one of them we see my beautiful quilts (at least my family thinks they are beautiful) LOL. After seeing these I'm not so sure.
    I am your newest follower and want to invite you to visit my blog as well. I won't do much quilting until the garden is put to bed, but I finished my canning yesterday and now I'm ready to go out to the barn and organize a bit to ready myself for the quilting season :) That's my new name for late fall and winter . . . doesn't it sound better?
