The next quilt won First Place in the category Art/Innovative Quilts.

The next quilt won First Place in the category Small Quilts:  Pieced - Longarm/Midarm Quilted.

It also won the special ribbon for BEST OF SHOW - SMALL QUILT.

I hope you aren't getting tired - three more quilt show posts to come.

In stitches,

  1. Thank you for posting this, it was very interesting to read, and would be a fun little thing for a main character in a story to figure out and play with. Can you imagine it? Oh how fun! Thanks for the inspiration!

  2. Oh, lovely. I really like that modern sunflower quilt.

  3. Not one bit tired of these wonderful photos from the show. I still marvel at how you are able to get the quilting to show..... keep them coming.... this show at home is grand!

  4. Hello, I went by to say hello, since I've been disconnected from everything for a long time. As always I love your work. That I still think that they are not chapucillas, but great works. A kiss.
