The 41st Annual Sauder Village Quilt Show 2017, Part Two

This was an antique quilt submitted for exhibit only by my friend Jill.  I am crazy about pickle dish and double wedding ring quilts. This one is particularly satisfying!

Such a nice job on a Sue Garman pattern!

This one won Best in Show Small Quilt in addition to first place in its group.  It is beautifully worked and detailed with such tiny hexies!

I am a sucker for beautiful reel patterns and this one is so nicely done!

So brite and cheerful!

Yay Jill for getting it done...it is so cute in person!

My pictures don't do this quilt justice...it was so beautiful in person.

Another beautiful antique exhibit quilt from Jill's collection.  I would love to make a pattern for this one and make it!

Gorgeous wool applique quilt!

Nice colors and content!

I love this quilt...as I am a blue freak (and an applique freak). Anyway, I was able to get my freak on!

Inspired yet?  There are more posts coming...

In stitches,
Teresa   :o)

  4. Oh so many good quilts. One of my favorites would be the one using a Blackbird Designs pattern. So many others that I am drawn to also.

  13. Enjoyed both of these posts... the photos, the cards and the close ups. I know this took a LONG time to write and up load. While I am not inspired to do any of these I certainly enjoyed seeing them and appreciate the makers work.

  14. You make me blush on taking such nice photos of my quilts. Sauder Village Quilt Show was a great show as usual. My quilts made is safely home via the post office. I enjoy ALL the quilt photos. The bright blue applique quilt was one of my favorite also. It is a kit quilt (no longer available) by Nancy Rink.
