Even more - Part 2

This was tiny and AMAZING!!!

I love the outer border, particularly, of this quilt...

Hexies everywhere...even in the border...

I could not stop looking at this quilt...

The machine applique and quilting on this was really stunning...particularly the "lace" in the border...

This was a favorite of mine because the pinwheels are composed of music fabrics...

Just...WOW!

I love these kaleidoscope quilts...

Another one of my favorites..."Shutters" by Edyta Sitar...look at those skinny steps!

This was a charming hand appliqued quilt...

I collect Crabapple Hill embroidery patterns (and intend to do every single one in my lifetime...LOL!

Another unbelievable miniature...

I love the old log cabin look of this quilt...

This one was so dynamic...it's always so weird to me that they hang quilts on point...they did that with my "All Around the Town" a couple of years ago, and it just didn't look square (and I worked so hard to get that one square!)...

This quilt combined all kinds of fabrics...repro, batik, calico, romantic florals...it was really interesting...

A quilt after my own heart...makes me think of one of my favorite TV shows - "Ancient Aliens"...

What is it about watermelon that makes it such a fun subject for quilts?!?

This was the most interesting setting of a braid quilt that I've ever seen (but then, I'm an applique FREAK!

Are you tired of the show yet...there are more coming!

In stitches,
Teresa  :o)

  4. stunning quilts! I would have thought that if they hung a quilt at an angle it was up to the owner, but if you said you didn't know, that's odd...

  8. :D My cousin living in Roswell would love the alien quilt! I am enchanted with the Pink Sue. Can you imagine the concentration for that perfect satin stitching on all those scalloped edges? And that border! wow. And the fuzzy-stitching detail on the little skier. . . Sues never captured me like this before, but that one sure did. :)

  14. "Sunset Reflections" is my favorite of this batch of photos. Quite an accomplishment to be able to make the quilt. I can understand why you spent so much time looking at at. I also love the log houses quilt. One I would be much more likely to make than the first.
